We’re proudly debuting a new Del Bac-infused ice cream in the Parlor every week, beginning Aug 30 and culminating in this exclusive pairing event at the Distillery on Sept 18! If you secure your seat(s) in the Distillery for that evening, you’ll experience a curated three-course ice cream and whiskey pairing and an exclusive tour of the space in which the Del Bac team creates the incredible single malt whiskeys for which they’re known all over the world.

• Week of Aug 30: “Sweet City Love” infused with Del Bac Classic
• Week of Sept 6: “Santa Cruz Yacht Breeze” infused with Del Bac Old Pueblo
• Week of Sept 13: “Let’s Go Camping, Sweetheart” infused with Del Bac Dorado

We’ll keep each week’s infused ice cream in our scooping counter at the Parlor, so all three will be available in the week leading up to our pairing event at the Distillery! We’ll also have pints for sale at the Distillery’s pairing event, so you can purchase one final taste of your favorite infusions from the window of our famous 1925 Model-T HUB Ice Cream truck.

Please note: Reservations for the pairing experience in Del Bac’s Distillery are VERY LIMITED, so please don’t hesitate! We’d love for everyone who’s interested in this event to be able to experience it.
